Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use Revirals. By accessing the platform you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Use of the Service
Revirals provides short-form video analytics and related workflow tools for real estate creators. You may only use the service for lawful business purposes and in accordance with all applicable platform policies from Meta and other partners. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and ensuring that any connected Meta assets belong to you or you have authorization to manage them.
Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled through your dashboard before the end of the billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Downgrading or canceling takes effect at the end of the current term.
Data & Privacy
Our data collection and handling practices are described in the Privacy Policy. By using Revirals you consent to that policy, including the caching of oEmbed snippets for the duration of the Meta-provided cache window.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, features, and underlying technology are owned by Revirals. You retain rights to the content and social accounts you connect, but grant us the non-exclusive right to process data necessary to provide the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, violate Meta platform policies, or use the service in a way that risks legal or operational harm. You may terminate at any time by canceling your subscription and requesting account deletion via privacy@revirals.com.
Limitation of Liability
Revirals is provided on an "as-is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from actions taken based on analytics provided by the service.
